WHO WE SERVE

"The 13th Girl program has provided our young elementary students with exposure to the game of lacrosse that many of these students may not have had access to, or an interest in, prior to this program coming to our school. As a result of this exposure, several students have demonstrated developing skills in this sport and have expressed interest in joining clinics or clubs to enhance their skills and participation. Our girls look forward to their lacrosse sessions with Coach Shae and the college athletes that support this program. Govans is grateful for Coach Shae and 13th Girl! Thank you!"

The 13thGirl Foundation has provided a decade's worth of ongoing support to the girls of Harlem Lacrosse Baltimore ensuring they have access to the support, network, resources, and mentoring needed to play the game of lacrosse and achieve success on and off the field. Shae not only mentors the young women on the team, but also creates opportunities for our high school participants to mentor younger girls learning the sport through the other partner programs of 13thGirl. We are proud to be a partner with 13thGirl and look forward to many more years to come growing access to the sport of lacrosse and to educational opportunities.
